Diocese will livestream third annual Standing Together for Life Mass

January 23, 2025 at 4:25 p.m.

Catholics and other pro-life advocates are invited to attend a Jan. 24 Mass for Life celebrated by Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., in St. Robert Bellarmine Co-Cathedral, Freehold, or view a livestream of the Mass at youtube.com/trentondiocese.  The Mass begins at 11 a.m.

Part of the Diocese of Trenton’s third annual Standing Together for Life event, the Mass will be followed by a LIFE EXPO in the Co-Cathedral’s Dentici Hall, where attendees can view exhibits and engage with local organizations dedicated to upholding and promoting human dignity throughout all stages of life. Exhibitors will include agencies that support women in crisis pregnancies; shelters that care for pregnant women; pregnancy resource centers; infertility support services, as well as support for adoption and foster care, and ministries that assist with healing following abortion.

The New Jersey Catholic Conference and Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton, are scheduled to participate in the Expo as well as the diocesan Department of Catholic Cemeteries. Information will also be available on the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ “Walking with Moms in Need” initiative.

The Standing Together for Life event was inaugurated by the Diocese in 2023 following the June 2022 overturn of Roe v. Wade.

All are welcome; no registration is required.  For more information, visit dioceseoftrenton.org/standing-together-for-life.

Photo, video and news coverage of the Standing Together for Life Mass and Expo, will be posted to TrentonMonitor.com.

St. Robert Bellarmine Co-Cathedral is located at 61 Georgia Rd., Freehold.
