Bishop leads pilgrimage to mark 400th Vincentian anniversary

To commemorate the 400th anniversary celebration of the Vincentians, Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., is hosting an April 22-May 1 pilgrimage to Paris, France. He is being joined by 17 priests from the Diocese and two diocesan staff.

Among the scheduled highlights of the April 22 to May 1 journey include visits to the newly restored Notre-Dame de Paris; Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal and the St. Vincent de Paul Chapel and the Basilica of St. Therese of Lisieux, where the incorrupt body of St. Therese is enshrined. 

Side trips to the Eiffel Tower and area cafes were also enjoyed.
