With gratitude and solidarity, we salute the Diocese’s LIVES OF FAITH

July 23, 2024 at 4:14 p.m.

Those who enter religious life and ordained ministry are responding to a higher calling with little thought to the gratitude and recognition they may receive in their ministry. But when we have the opportunity to publicly express our appreciation for their decades-long service to God and his people, we should embrace it with great earnestness.

That is what LIVES OF FAITH is all about. The Monitor Magazine’s annual celebration of religious anniversaries and retirements has understandably become a widely anticipated and popular special issue each year.  It gives us all a chance to acknowledge the individuals who serve our spiritual needs throughout the Diocese. Collectively, the years of ministry featured in this KEEPSAKE EDITION easily surpass the 1,000-mark, and the impact of their living witness is incalculable.

Please look for stories and listings for these special tributes:

  • Religious Men and Women Anniversaries and Retirements
  • Priest Anniversaries and Retirements
  • Deacon Anniversaries

Also, don’t miss the many messages of love and gratitude placed by parish communities and others for the subjects covered in this year’s tribute.

The LIVES OF FAITH KEEPSAKE EDITION has been sent to the mailboxes of our subscribers. Not yet a subscriber? Sign up today safely and conveniently by clicking HERE or writing to [email protected].

Complimentary access to the LIVES OF FAITH issue is available HERE.

Whether you personally know the honorees of this year’s KEEPSAKE EDITION, we hope you will join us in praying for them and thanking them for all that they do in God’s name.
