Funeral services announced for Robert M. Tynski

Robert M. Tynski, who served as a priest in the Diocese of Trenton from 1989 until 2009, died on July 9, 2024 at his home in Mays Landing, N.J.  He was 61 years old.

Ordained to the priesthood on May 20, 1989, Robert served at parishes in New Monmouth, Toms River and Atlantic Highlands, N.J., before leaving the active ministry in 2009.  He had also served the Diocese as director of vocations from 1995-1999.

Friends may pay their respects at Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals in Lavallette from 3 to 7 p.m. on July 16.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Pio Church in Lavallette at 10 a.m. on July 17.
