Funeral services have been scheduled for Nancy I. Bourne, who died May 21 in her home in Spotswood at age 56. Mrs. Bourne was the sister of Father Edward H. Blanchett, pastor of Visitation Parish, Brick.

Visitation will take place May 26, from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. in the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, 205 Rhode Hall Road, Monroe Township. A funeral service will be held May 27 at 9:15 a.m. in the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial following at 10 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, 18 South St., Spotswood.

Mrs. Bourne was born in Queens, N.Y., and has resided in Spotswood for most of her life. She was employed by AT&T before her retirement.

She was predeceased by her parents, Dora Mercedes Blanchett and Donald “Eddie” Blanchett. In addition to Father Blanchett, she is survived by her husband, John Bourne; a sister, Sandra (Anthony) Zema; a brother-in-law, Fred (Donna) Bourne, and nieces, nephews and many extended family members and friends.

Cremation is private.
