Donovan Catholic celebrates 166 graduates

The Donovan Catholic High School community marked the culmination of four faith-filled years June 4 with a Baccalaureate Mass in St. Joseph Church, Toms River, for the Class of 2023.

Father G. Scott Shaffer, pastor, also led commencement exercises there June 5 where the 166 graduates received their diplomas and recognition. All told, this year’s group of graduates had amassed more than $41.8 million in college scholarships and had contributed about 4,322 hours of service to the local community.

The Monitor Magazine will publish a graduation keepsake issue in mid-June and expanded coverage of the Baccalaureate Masses and graduation ceremonies – including stories and photo galleries -- will also be featured on TrentonMonitor.com. To learn more about the keepsake issue, click here.
