Vincent Costantino named interim president and chief administrative officer of St. Francis Medical Center

The board of trustees of St. Francis Medical Center, Trenton, and Trinity Health have appointed Vincent Costantino, as interim president for St. Francis Medical Center, effective immediately.
The announcement was made Aug. 2.
Costantino assumes his new position after the announced retirement of Alexander J. Hatala, president and CEO of Lourdes Health System, whose role included management oversight for the hospital. Lourdes and St. Francis Medical Center are members of Trinity Health, Livonia, Mich.
In addition, Costantino remains the hospital’s chief administrative officer. He was appointed CAO in January, 2015 and has nearly 20 years’ experience in healthcare operations and executive leadership at Aria Health (formerly Frankford Health System), Raritan Bay Medical Center and Temple Health System.
