The Diocese of Trenton joined its counterparts across the globe in observing World Mission Sunday Oct. 20.

With the theme,“Do good on earth,” World Mission Sunday was celebrated locally during a Mass in St. Mary of the Assumption Cathedral, Trenton.

Father Peter James Alindogan, newly appointed diocesan director of the Pontifical Mission Societies and pastor of St. Charles Borromeo Parish, Cinnaminson, was principal celebrant of the Mass. Homilist was Maryknoll Father Kevin Hanlon, vocation director of the Maryknoll Missioners.
