The word evokes visions of a journey to a sacred place as an act of religious devotion. Take, for instance, longtime freelance Catholic photographer Jeffrey Bruno, who describes a physically – and spiritually – enervating experience during a recent trip to Jordan, photos on cover at right.
But, in God, all places are sacred, and devotion takes many forms. Whether it’s a day trip to a nearby shrine or a dream journey fulfilled, finding Christ is an everyday opportunity.
