#GivingTuesday donations to benefit Catholic education

Our Diocese Tod@y

Nov. 29 is #GivingTuesday, a global day of giving that offers a philanthropic alternative to Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

During this 24-hour online giving event we invite you to make a secure, tax-deductible donation to help support Catholic education in the Diocese of Trenton.

Each donation made by visiting www.dioceseoftrenton.org/givingtuesday will benefit the Foundation for Student Achievement, which is dedicated to providing the means for an exceptional Catholic education for children from families in financial need – inspiring children to realize their potential through education and development of the mind, body and spirit.

The focus is to provide tuition assistance to students from families experiencing financial constraints; offer innovative and creative opportunities of teaching and learning not covered by the normal school budget process; prepare and position the schools to attract additional resources; and to organize private sector involvement with the Catholic schools under the auspices of the Diocese of Trenton in a positive and appropriate manner.

The foundation is a private, non-profit corporation. Its only purpose is to serve the schools and students of the Diocese of Trenton.
