Funeral services planned for Our Lady of Sorrows' Deacon Timothy Moore

Deacon Timothy E. Moore, who served in Our Lady of Sorrows-St. Anthony Parish, Hamilton, died suddenly April 3 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. He was 64.

Funeral services will be held April 10 with a Rite of Reception in Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3816 East State St., Ext., from 5:15 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated the following day, April 11 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton.

Born in Trenton, Deacon Moore resided in Hamilton Township for the past 20 years. He had been employed as a senior health care consultant and project manager for 3M Health Care, a Citius Technology Health Care ITT Company, Princeton, for the past year. Deacon Moore was ordained a deacon May 9, 1998, by Bishop John M. Smith in St. Mary of the Assumption Cathedral, Trenton.

Deacon Moore was predeceased by his parents, Harley and Rose Brienza Moore and brother, Daniel. He is survived by his wife, Roseanna Avanzato Moore; a daughter, Kimberly A. (Justin) Arroyo; a granddaughter, and other family members including a sister, sister-in-law and two brothers-in-law; an aunt, and several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Sorrows-St. Anthony Parish, 3816 East State St., Ext., Hamllton, N.J. 08619.
