Evening the Score: Youth ministries hold collections on Super Bowl to help hungry

The youth ministry in Holy Cross Parish, Rumson, was one of many across the Diocese to collect food and monetary donations Feb. 5 for the annual Souper Bowl of Caring.

Coinciding every year with the Super Bowl, the national movement partners with local groups to fight hunger and poverty. All of the proceeds raised go to local charities.
