The Trenton Religious Education Directors (TRED) board members from the four counties gathered May 14 at the Diocesan Chancery, Lawrenceville, for a board meeting with staff from the diocesan Department of Catechesis.
TRED brings together catechetical leaders from across the Diocese to connect, collaborate and build community as leaders in Religious Education. Through local county cluster meetings, collaborative conversations and ongoing opportunities for formation, members strengthen their leadership while responding creatively to families in the parish.
TRED’s executive board members are: Jessica Donohue, St. Joan of Arc Parish, Marlton, president; Mariyam Francis, Our Lady of Sorrows- St. Anthony Parish, Hamilton, vice president; Michelle Dore’, St. Charles Borromeo Parish, Cinnaminson, treasurer; Joana Schmidt, St. Theresa, Little Egg Harbor, secretary.
Cluster representatives are: Michelle Dore and Margaret Zola, Mary, Mother of the Church Parish Bordentown, Burlington County; Mariyam Francis and Vivianna Bonilla, St Anthony of Padua Parish, Hightstown, Mercer County; Theresa Kelly, St Ann Parish, Keansburg, Mary Mykityshyn, St Gabriel Parish, Marlboro; Mark Russionello, St. Robert Bellarmine Co Cathedral, Freehold, and Julia Cullen, St Mary Parish, Colts Neck, Monmouth County; Joana Schmidt and Michelle Abi-Yaghi, St Joseph Parish, Toms River.
