For Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., days four and five of Catholic Schools Week were spent in Monmouth County where he visited two schools. On Jan. 29, he celebrated Mass for the St. Jerome School community in West Long Branch, then presided over the dedication of the school’s new mobile classroom. On Jan. 30, the Bishop enjoyed his time with students in Our Lady of Mount Carmel School, Asbury Park, where he celebrated Mass and then had breakfast with them in the school cafeteria.
