Cardinal Robert Sarah, a member of multiple dicasteries and pontifical councils, gave a presentation Nov. 22 at Princeton University on “The Song of the Lamb: Sacred Music and Heavenly Liturgy,” the newly released book he co-authored with Peter Carter, director of sacred music at the Aquinas Institute, the university’s Catholic campus ministry. Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., was on hand to welcome the Cardinal and shared a luncheon with him and attending clergy.

The following day, the Cardinal celebrated Mass for the Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe in the university chapel, after which he led a procession with the Blessed Sacrament throughout the campus.

More on the Cardinal’s visit to the Diocese of Trenton will appear in the coming days on TM and in the December issue of The Monitor Magazine.
