Bishop to open speaker series in Princeton parish Sept. 24

A “St. Paul Presents” 2024-2025 speaker series will launch in St. Paul Parish, Princeton, beginning this month with Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., as series opener.

On Sept. 24 at 7 p.m., Bishop O’Connell will give a presentation titled “In the Footsteps of St. Paul” to those gathered in the spiritual center under the church at 214 Nassau Street.

The series is designed to bring the parish community and friends closer together through faith, fellowship and inspiring stories, as well as an opportunity for attendees to deepen their spiritual journey, connect with one another and reflect on the power of faith in action.

The speakers who will share their unique perspective on faith and life for the remainder of the series include:

Dec. 3, 7 p.m. – Robert George, St. Paul parishioner and McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence, Princeton University

Feb. 25-26, 2025, times TBD – Father David Michael Moses, founder of the Pilgrim Rosary, speaker, musician and songwriter, and digital media enthusiast

April 29, 2025, 7 p.m. – Mary Ann Glendon, former U.S. Ambassador to the Holy See
