St. Anthony of Padua Parish hosted its third annual Multicultural Festival Sept. 7, an event that celebrates the diversity of the Hightstown faith community.

The 3 to 7 p.m. event drew between 1,500-2,000 people who spent their afternoon enjoying the sampling of foods from the various countries represented and watching an array of musical presentations and dance performances. Many of the attendees also gathered for the 4 p.m. Mass celebrated by Father Oscar Sumanga, pastor.
