From Palm Sunday through the Triduum: Bishop O’Connell’s schedule announced

Each year, Catholics from throughout the world are invited to experience the unfolding of the Paschal Mystery of Jesus by participating in the various liturgies that commemorate his Passion, Death and Resurrection during Holy Week which this year will be held March 24-31.

Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., has announced his Holy Week schedule of the parishes he will visit for the celebration of Masses and liturgical services.

Palm Sunday, March 24 – Noon Mass, St. Mary, 1 Phalanx Rd., Colts Neck

Chrism Mass, March 25, 7:30 p.m., St. Robert Bellarmine Co-Cathedral, 61 Georgia Rd., Freehold. (The Chrism Mass will be livestreamed and may be viewed at youtube.com/trentondiocese and across the Diocese’s digital platforms at TrentonMonitor.com and dioceseoftrenton.org.)

Holy Thursday, March 28, 6 p.m. St. John the Baptist, 1282 Yardville-Allentown Rd., Allentown

Good Friday, March 29, noon, St. Mary of the Assumption Cathedral, 151 N. Warren St., Trenton

Holy Saturday, March 30, 7:30 p.m., Our Lady of Good Counsel, 137 W. Upper Ferry Rd., West Trenton

Easter Sunday, March 31, Two Masses – 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m., St. Paul, 214 Nassau St., Princeton.
