Catechist formation day scheduled

“The Power of Witness: We all have a faith story; discover yours and how to share it with others” will be the theme of the 2024 diocesan catechist formation day March 23 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Co-Cathedral, 61 Georgia Rd., Freehold.
Sponsored by the Annual Catholic Appeal in collaboration with Loyola Press, the conference will feature speaker Julianne Stanz, director of outreach for evangelization and discipleship at Loyola Press and consultant to the USCCB Committee on Catechesis and Evangelization.
The day will include Mass, lunch, breakout groups and all participants will receive a copy of “The Catechist’s Backpack,” co-authored by Stanz and Joe Paprocki.
