Father Smith installed as St. Isaac Jogues Parish pastor

Parishioners, brother priests and family members gathered June 30 to witness Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., install Father James Smith as the new pastor of St. Isaac Jogues Parish, Marlton.

Highlights of the installation included reading the official letter that Bishop O’Connell wrote to Father Smith, appointing him as pastor; the formal introduction of parish clergy, staff, trustees and parish and finance council members to Father Smith; and Father Smith's reading his Oath of Office as pastor.
At the end of Mass, parishioners gathered at the back of the church for the unveiling of a new statue of St. Isaac Jogues which was blessed by Bishop O’Connell.
