Spanish Catholic Charismatic Congress Aug. 10

The first Spanish-language Catholic Charismatic Congress of the Diocese of Trenton will be held Aug. 10, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., in St. Mary of the Assumption Cathedral, 151 N. Warren St., Trenton.
Dr. Pilar Sierra, who works with Father Hugo Estrada, spiritual advisor of the Charismatic Renewal in Guatemala for more than 25 years, will be the main speaker. Dr. Sierra is host of the program “Psychology and Faith” on Channel Jesús TV, and the program “Living with Sentido” on Emmaus Radio in Guatemala. Father Carlos Castillas, spiritual advisor of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal for the Diocese, will celebrate 8:30 a.m. Mass for the event. The day will conclude with Eucharistic Adoration.
