Lincroft students see stars during Catholic Schools Week
February 2, 2024 at 6:06 p.m.
Students in St. Leo the Great School, Lincroft, had an out-of-this-world experience on the last day of Catholic Schools Week -- virtually.
A representative form Mobile Ed Productions, Inc., brought a portable, inflatable planetarium that students were able to enter and see a star-filled sky. Then using a digital planetarium projector and a laser pointer, students were led on a tour of the Northern Hemisphere where they saw the stars exactly as they appear on the day of the presentation, which was Feb. 2.
