Jillian Ludwig remembered for her willingness to witness and share God’s love

Family members, friends and many who knew and loved Jillian Ludwig gathered to celebrate her life and legacy during funeral services held Nov. 16-17.
Ms. Ludwig, a resident of Wall Township, died Nov. 8 from injuries she sustained from a gunshot wound in Vanderbilt University Hospital, Nashville, Tennessee. At the time of her death, the 18-year-old was a freshman in Belmont University, Nashville, where she majored in music business.
Ms. Ludwig’s Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Nov. 17 in her home parish, St. Mark Church, Sea Girt, where over the years she had been a member of the children’s choir, a cantor, and the CYO.
