What will it take to truly build a culture of life and how can the Church come together to make it happen? These topics are addressed by Rachel Hendricks, coordinator of Respect Life Ministry for the Diocese of Trenton, during her interview for Talking Catholic, a podcast of the Diocese of Camden that will be aired beginning Jan. 15.

Hendricks is among several guests offering commentary on pro-life efforts following last year’s overturn of Roe v Wade by the U.S. Supreme Court and in anticipation of the Roe anniversary Jan. 22. She will speak of the Diocese of Trenton’s Standing Together for Life initiative set for Jan. 20, which features a Mass for Life to be celebrated by Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., in St. Robert Bellarmine Co-Cathedral in Freehold.

Hendricks will share with podcast listeners a bit of the insight of author and educator Dr. Charles Camosy, who speaks of the need to work together in support of human life in all its stages. Dr. Camosy will address the Trenton Diocese gathering about all members of the Church collaborating on building a culture of life.

The podcast will first air on Domestic Church Media’s Catholic radio stations (WFJS 1260 AM in Trenton; WFJS 89.3 FM in Freehold; WGYM 1580 AM in Hammonton and WSMJ 91.9 FM in North Wildwood) Sunday, Jan. 15 at 11 a.m. and again Monday, Jan. 16, at 4 p.m.  In addition to the radio broadcasts, DCM’s content is found on the organization’s website, domesticchurchmedia.org as well as its Facebook Live and Youtube Live pages.

The podcast will drop on Diocese of Camden media Jan. 16 and can be accessed where podcasts are found.

For those who cannot attend the Jan. 20 Mass in Freehold, the Diocese of Trenton will livestream the event on youtube.com/trentondiocese and across its digital media sites. Registration is at full capacity for the event with Dr. Charles Camosy, but his talk will be videotaped and posted on Diocese of Trenton media after the event.
