Parishes in the Diocese of Trenton have scheduled the following events:
Our Lady of Sorrows-St. Anthony Parish Marriage Ministry, Hamilton, will host a VALENTINE’S MASS AND DINNER DANCE Feb. 10. Mass will be celebrated at 5 p.m. in Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3816 Whitehead Road, Ext., with dinner following in the lower church hall.
Cost is $75 per couple and includes appetizers, dinner and desert. Wine, soda and hot beverages will be provided; otherwise BYOB. Cash or check made payable to OLS-SA with completed form in an envelope marked Valentine Dinner & Dance may be dropped off at the parish office or through Venmo@LJPrendergast and include names, email and phone number in note.
St. Raphael-Holy Angels Parish, 3500 South Broad St., Hamilton, will sponsor a 10-WEEK VIDEO-BASED STUDY, A BIBLICAL WALK THROUGH THE MASS on Wednesday evenings beginning Jan. 17 in the All Purpose Room from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
The series will explore the roots of the words and gestures used during Mass.
Registration fee is $35 and deadline to register is Jan. 5. Contact Midge or Alice in the Faith Formation Office for more information at 609-585-0542.
St. Joseph Parish, Millstone, will host a WINTER COAT DRIVE the weekends of Jan. 6-7 and Jan. 13-14. Coats for children, women and men will be accepted; coats must be clean and in good condition. Coats will be donated to area outreach agencies.
