CYO Mercer hosts cross country meet

The Catholic Youth Organization of Mercer County hosted its 17th annual Cross Country Meet Oct. 15 for eligible youth in eighth grade and under across the parishes and schools in the Diocese of Trenton.

Held at Mercer County Park, more than 55 students participated from St. Ann School, Lawrenceville; St. Gregory the Great Academy, Hamilton Square; St. Raphael School, Hamilton, and Trenton Catholic Preparatory Academy, Hamilton. The meet consisted of an approximately 1.5-mile junior varsity course for children under 13 years old and a 2.25-mile varsity course for seventh and eighth graders.
