Diocese to livestream annual Catholic Schools Mass

Hundreds of elementary and high school students from around the Diocese of Trenton will gather with Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., in St. Robert Bellarmine Co-Cathedral, Freehold, Oct. 12 for the return of the annual Catholic Schools Mass. The event will be livestreamed on youtube.com/trentondiocese.
The day will begin with a procession at 10:15 a.m. that will include a portrait and relic of Blessed Carlo Acutis in commemoration of his feast day. Last spring, Bishop O’Connell had placed all Catholic schools and young people in the Diocese of Trenton under the patronage of Blessed Carlo, a faith-filled teenager who died in 2006 at the age of 15 and has been beatified by the Church.
