Clergy appointment

Rev. Jean Felicien, JCL, vice-chancellor for canonical services, Tribunal judge and parochial vicar, St. James Parish, Pennington, St. Alphonsus Parish, Hopewell, and St. George Parish, Titusville, has been appointed full-time Secretary to the Bishop and Master of Ceremonies, effective Jan. 2, 2023. He will then reside with the Bishop and continue his pastoral work part-time in both the Tribunal and parishes.
Rev. Carlo Calisin, parochial vicar, St. Paul Parish, Princeton, will continue to assist the Bishop as a Master of Ceremonies.
