Bishop David M. O'Connell, C.M., visited the Vincentian Chapel of the Miraculous Medal at the National Shrine in Washington D.C., Nov. 12. This chapel was the first built in the Shrine. The Vincentians and Daughters of Charity made the construction of the chapel possible.
