Hightstown parish to present Advent Eucharist series

Just in time for the beginning of Advent and in conjunction with the Eucharistic Revival, a series of “Teachings on the Eucharist” will be presented Nov. 28 to Dec. 2 in St. Anthony of Padua Parish, Hightstown.

The series of talks will take place 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 251 Franklin Street, and will be presented by Father Oscar Sumanga, parish pastor who also serves as diocesan judicial vicar and vice chancellor. Also presenting is visiting priest Father John Del Rosario. Participants can attend any number of the meetings of interest that week.

Although Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion may find this series particularly inspiring, the series will be open to all who are interested in deepening their understanding and experience of Christ present in the Eucharist.  Participants will also be able to view the talks via livestream on the St. Anthony of Padua Parish Facebook page.
