The Diocese of Trenton Office of Evangelization and Family Life is hosting a Family Mass and Picnic, June 18, Turkey Swamp Park, Sandy Run Area, 200 Georgia, Rd., Freehold, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. The day will begin with Mass followed by a Eucharistic Procession. After enjoying a picnic lunch, families are invited to participate in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament  as well as a number of fun activities including geocaching, soccer, volleyball and face painting. The Family Mass and Picnic will kick off the diocesan phase of the National Eucharistic Revival which will begin with Mass June 19, the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, in Corpus Christi  Church, 11 South Sunset Rd., Willingboro. The National Eucharistic Revival is a movement from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops to “renew the Church by enkindling a living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ in the Eucharist.”
