It was a prayerful week around the four counties of the Trenton Diocese April 10-17, as the faithful from the Diocese’s 97 parishes and other institutions commemorated the events of Jesus’ last week on earth by participating in liturgies and events on Palm Sunday and the Sacred Triduum of Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday. From service projects and Sacraments to solemn and joyful worship, participants were witness to the source and summit of what makes this the holiest time of the Church year.
