Father Felicien awarded canon law degree

“I feel blessed to have the opportunity to study Canon Law and I thank Bishop [David M.] O’Connell for allowing me to pursue my education in the field of ecclesiastical law,” said Father Felicien, who, as of July 1, will serve in the diocesan Tribunal as adjutant judicial vicar and judge.
“I am looking forward to joining the crew in the Tribunal and working together as ministers of justice in the Church,” he said.
In addition to his Tribunal responsibilities, Father Felicien has also been appointed as parochial vicar of St. James Parish, Pennington; St. George Parish, Titusville, and St. Alphonsus Parish, Hopewell, effective July 1.
