Catholic Schools Week 2021 being celebrated Jan. 31 to Feb. 6
January 27, 2021 at 4:08 p.m.
Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., will celebrate Catholic Schools Week 2021 during a videotaped Mass that will stream on diocesan media beginning Feb. 1 at 6 a.m. Available in English and with a Spanish voice over, the videos can be watched on our YouTube channel at www.Youtube.com/trentondiocese
Because of COVID-based concerns, Catholic Schools Week will be handled differently this year, with many schools offering prospective parents an opportunity for individual tours or virtual open houses. Other events will be kept small and stringent precautions will be in place regarding mask-wearing, screening and social distancing. In his message for Catholic Schools Week, superintendent of schools, Dr. Vincent de Paul Schmidt, writes: “The Catholic schools in the Diocese of Trenton are the perfect place to experience real and lived Gospel values along with high academic achievement EVERY DAY!” To read his full message, click HERE.
