Catechists and families can enrich their Lenten experience by learning how to carry out the three pillars of prayer, penance and almsgiving during a virtual retreat Feb. 16.

The webinar will give families guidance on navigating the six weeks of Lent, especially during the pandemic, as well as offer suggestions for resources, online inspiration and ways to connect their homes to parish life.

The webinar, which will run from 6 to 7 p.m., is being presented by the William H. Sadlier Publishing Company. The presenter will be Kathy Hendricks, a national catechetical consultant. She is the author of several books, including “Seeking Spiritual Balance in Off-Kilter World” and “Forming Families in Faith: Catechesis in the Home.”

For more information, contact Lauren Marchesini, Sadlier representative, at 201-966-8625 or [email protected]. To register online, visit https://dioceseoftrenton.org/lenten-retreat-2021.
