Each year the students of St. Rose Grammar School, Belmar, have an opportunity to design a St. Patrick’s Day image which will be used on shirts purchased by families and friends just in time for the Belmar St. Patrick’s Day Parade. This year’s contest winner is Samantha Urspruch, shown with her brightly colored creation.
