'Theology on Tap' brews foundations of faith, friendship

The diocesan Office of Youth, Marriage and Family Life is organizing five installments of “Theology on Tap,” gatherings for young adults between the ages of 18 and 39 for an evening of solidarity and discussions about the faith.
The event provides attendees with the chance to pick up the “Catholic Six-pack” – conversations about the faith, engaging speakers, open question and answer sessions, new friends and old, a casual environment, and music, food and drinks. Each program will run from 7 to 9 p.m.
Installments of the series include:
May 13 – “Is that what the Bible said?” with Father Garry Koch, parochial vicar, St. Joseph Parish, Toms River – Artisan Brewery, 1171 Hooper Ave., Toms River
May 20 – “Vocation and Discernment for Any Lifestyle” with Father Fernando Lopez, pastor, St. Aloysius Parish, Jackson – The Cabin, 984 Rt. 33, Freehold Township
June 3 – Discussion led by Father Joseph Jakub, pastor, Corpus Christi Parish, Willingboro – Alchemist and Barrister, 28 Witherspoon Street, Princeton
June 10 – Discussion led by Father Garry Koch – Artisan Brewery, 1171 Hooper Ave., Toms River
June 17 – “How does God Fit into Modern-Day Relationships?” with Matt Greeley, associate director, Diocesan Office of Communications – The Cabin, 984 Rt. 33, Freehold Township
