Service projects taken on by Catholic school students included:
Holy Cross Academy, Delran • 5K run to benefit Cancer research

Our Lady of Good Counsel, Moorestown • Luncheon with the students for mayor, first responders; mini can drive for Camden Outreach

Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Maple Shade • Feed the 5000 food bank

Pope John Paul II Regional, Willingboro • Providence House clean-up; Good Counsel Home read to young siblings

Sacred Heart, Mount Holly • Appreciation breakfast for members of the armed services

St. Charles Borromeo, Cinnaminson • Birthday boxes/homeless shelters; Mothers’ Day boxes/women’s shelter; peanut butter/jelly sandwiches for homeless; made water bottle toys for pet shelters

St. Joan of Arc, Marlton • Sisters of St. Joseph Change for Global Change

St. Mary of the Lakes, Medford • Grades K through eight performed projects that benefited the St. Vincent de Paul Society, Providence House, Catholic Charities and the Food Bank of South Jersey.

St. Paul, Burlington • Reduce/Reuse/Recycle, decorated recycled planters and planted seedlings (veg./herbs) for Burlington City families

Our Lady of Sorrows, Hamilton • Lunches for Trenton Food Kitchen

St. Ann, Lawrenceville • Birthday in a box prepared and delivery to Home Front

St. Gregory the Great Academy, Hamilton Square • Visited senior center; decorated bags for “Bagging Summer Hunger” event

St. Paul, Princeton • In June all grades will make centerpieces and create “toy bags” with drawstrings and sponsor a dress down day for children who attend Loaves and Fishes.

St. Raphael, Hamilton • Back-packs filled with summer camp items for low income children

Trenton Catholic Academy, Hamilton • Cleaned up outside and around McCorristin Square Senior Living Center and interacted with residents indoors

Holy Cross, Rumson • “Spotlight on Community,” luncheon for area senior citizens with student performances

Holy Innocents, Neptune • Breakfast for Interfaith Group, Neptune

Mother Teresa Regional, Atlantic Highlands • Care packages for first responders

Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Asbury Park • Dance-a-thon, each child raised money to be donated to Hospital in Haiti, New Orleans school and Asbury Park Center

St. Benedict, Holmdel • Artwork show with a portion of the proceeds to the Linkages program for homeless in Monmouth county

St. Catharine, Spring Lake • Teamed with the Dept. of Public Works to clean town public areas and prepared flower beds

St. James, Red Bank • Worked with lunch break at food pantry

St. Jerome, West Long Branch • Appreciation for senior citizens, fire and police; assisted with park cleanup that weekend

St. Leo the Great, Lincroft • Senior luncheon and performances by students

St. Mary, Middletown • Diaper and wipes collection presented to the Keansburg Project Paul site

St. Rose, Belmar • Community clean up around beaches and in town

St. Rose of Lima, Freehold • Habitat for Humanity Rapid Rehab program, provided “things” for new families moving into the homes

St. Veronica, Howell • Beach clean-up 

All Saints Regional, Manahawkin • Students selected service projects they conducted through year and presented to school community during prayer

St Aloysius, Jackson • Gift bags for patients at newly opened cancer center in Jackson

St. Dominic, Brick Town • CARE bags for chemotherapy patients at a nearby facility

St. Joseph, Toms River • Can good sculptures for local food bank

St. Peter, Point Pleasant Beach • Appreciation day for first responders and town library workers
