This year’s Spirituality/Education Days for Maturing Adults in the four counties of the Trenton Diocese, will feature presentations by a beloved retired pastor and television personality and a religious sister known for her role in providing training and support to scores of parishes during the Renew process.

Msgr. Walter Nolan, the recently retired pastor of St. Paul Parish, Princeton and widely known moderator of the Catholic Corner television show, will speak on changes we have seen in our lives when he keynotes the events on May 9, in Mercer County in St. David the King Parish, Princeton Junction and May 23 in Ocean County’s St. Maximilian Parish, Toms River.

Dominican Sister Donna L. Ciangio, will bring the rich background of knowledge, experience and leadership she gained providing training and support to more than 100 dioceses around the world through her National and International Coordination of Renew to the event taking place in Monmouth County on May 16 in St. Gabriel Parish, Marlboro. She will speak again on May 30 in Burlington County in Holy Eucharist Parish, Tabernacle.

Each event will run from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and will feature Mass at 11:45 a.m. Continental breakfast and boxed lunches will be served and the day will conclude with a festive sing-a-long.

Providing the educational components will be representatives of the emergency management offices in each county who will speak on emergency preparedness.
