Spanish diocesan pilgrimage to honor Our Lady of Guadalupe

The Diocese of Trenton will hold a pilgrimage in Spanish in honor of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dec. 7, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., in St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold.
The day will begin with a procession of the parishes from the church on 12 Throckmorton St. from 8:30 – 9 a.m., and gather outside the old church at 16 McLean St. From 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. parishes will process into the church. Each parish will be announced and enter the church individually and reverence Our Lady of Guadalupe with a song.
Throughout the day there will be two presentations by Father Rene Pulgarin, pastor, Christ the Redeemer Parish, Mount Holly; workshops for teens and children; praise and worship, and Mass celebrated at 4:15 pm.
Prior to Mass, from 3 – 4 p.m., there will be a Serenade to Our Lady by individual parishes.
Lunch cost is $6. Registration is done through individual parishes. For more information call Jossie Ruiz at 609-403-7151.
