Small School, Big Heart

Over the last three weeks, St. Mary School children have made the needs of others a priority in their effort for reach out to those in need within the community.  In support of breast cancer research, the school’s Builders Club held a pink dress down day and raised more than $150. The annual Penny Walk by the Bordentown school raised more than $650 to be used to supplement Thanksgiving baskets, and the student council organized a seventh and eighth grade bake sale which raised more than $300 to purchase additional supplies for the parish food pantry.  Well over $1,000 in food was donated in an effort to keep it fully stocked, especially at this time of year.
