A Mass of Christian Burial was to be celebrated March 12 in Our Lady of Peace Residence, Scranton, Pa., for Immaculate Heart of Mary Sister M. Pauline Kelly who died March 7 in Regional Hospital, Scranton.

Born in 1933 in Scranton, Sister M. Pauline entered the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Sept. 8, 1951; made her temporary profession of vows Aug. 2, 1954, and her final profession of vows Aug. 2, 1957.

Sister M. Pauline earned a bachelor of arts degree and a master of science degree from Marywood College, Scranton.

She taught and served as principal in schools in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In the Trenton Diocese, she served in Sacred Heart School, Mount Holly, from 1954 to 1965, and Holy Cross High School, Delran, from 1988 to 1994. From 1994 until her death, she served as prayer minister at the Marian Convent and Our Lady of Peace Residence, Scranton.

Sister M. Pauline is survived by a brother, sister, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Burial was to follow the Mass in St. Catherine Cemetery, Moscow, Pa.

Memorial contributions may be made to support the retired IHM Sisters, c/o the IHM Sisters Retirement Fund, IHM Center, 2300 Adams Ave., Scranton, Pa. 18509.
