Sacramental Celebration
July 29, 2019 at 12:37 p.m.
Trenton Catholic Academy, Hamilton, recognized the second grader students who received their First Holy Communion this year in a special way. Though the students who attend the regional school had received their first Eucharist in their respective parishes, the school held a second Mass in which the students could celebrate their reception of the sacrament as a class. The priest of this year’s Mass was Father Jeffrey E. Lee, pastor of Our Lady of the Angels Parish, Trenton, and episcopal vicar of Mercer County. Among the parishes that the Trenton Catholic Academy students hail from are Our Lady of the Angels, Trenton; St. Raphael-Holy Angels, Hamilton; Our Lady of Sorrows-St. Anthony, Hamilton; St. Mary of the Assumption Cathedral, Trenton; St. Anthony of Padua, Hightstown, and Incarnation-St. James, Ewing.
