Request for Papal passes completed
July 29, 2019 at 12:37 p.m.
In the first few minutes of the papal process request this morning, 93 requests were received and processed, accounting for all available passes. The request process is now closed.
While only a small number of representatives from the Diocese could be accommodated, there will be ample opportunities to view live televised coverage of the papal events in the United States, including special screening gatherings being hosted by many parishes across Burlington, Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean Counties. See the Sept. 10 issue of The Monitor for a published list.
It is important to note that the faithful are still invited to come to Philadelphia, where they will be part of the celebration and be able to see the Mass via Jumbotron on the Ben Franklin Parkway.
We can all participate in a special way in the historic events that will unfold in the next few weeks.
