'Overcoming Anxiety' presentation with Gary Zimak

Sacred Heart Parish, Riverton, will host a presentation with Gary Zimak who will speak on “Overcoming Anxiety with The Help of the Lord – Pray. Hope. Don’t Worry” Oct. 6 at 7 p.m. in the family center, 103 Fourth St., Riverton.
Zimak is a Catholic evangelist, author, radio host and member of Sacred Heart Parish. He is host of the radio show, Following the Truth on BlogTalkRadio, Monday through Friday at 8 p.m.; author of “A Warrior’s Guide to the Bible” and “Listen to Your Blessed Mother” (Liguori Publications); a blogger and regular contributor to Catholic Lane, Catholic Exchange, Catholic Stand and New Advent websites. Zimak is a regular guest on EWTN Radio’s Catholic Answers Live, The Son Rise Morning Show, Catholic Connection with Teresa Tomeo and Relevant Radio’s Morning Air. He has also appeared on Ave Maria’s Kresta In the Afternoon, Sirius Radio’s Seize The Day with Gus Lloyd and The Catholics Next Door.
