Nourish Your Creative Spirit workshop planned

St. Catharine Parish, Holmdel, will hold a free workshop “Nourish Your Creative Spirit” Jan. 23 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. or 7:30 to 9 p.m. in the church in room 16/17 at 108 Middletown Road.
What is God revealing to us?
Where are we being called? Using our creative senses, through the process of arts and scripture we can find our personal pathways and nourish our spirit
within. The workshop will be led by Kyle Galante, commissioned lay ecclesial minister and artist.
All are welcome. Dress comfortably and bring a towel or mat to rest on the floor for the guided meditation.
