Notre Dame to host Alumni Hall of Fame dinner April 18.

Notre Dame High School, Lawrenceville, announced the naming of the 2015 Alumni Hall of Fame Honorees. Seven Notre Dame alumni and one faculty member are recognized for their contributions to their professions, communities, schools and churches.

The Alumni Hall of Fame dinner will be held in the Hilton Garden Inn, Hamilton,  April 18 starting at 6 p.m. Tickets are $100.

Honorees are: Melinda Armenti ’86, New York,  divisional vice president, NBCUniversal – Comcast; Daniel Bartram ’66, Mercerville,City of Trenton Fire Department (ret.), Notre Dame High School staff member; Edward Bloor ’68, Winter Garden, la., award-winning author and novelist; Ben Chrnelich ’92,  Pennington, managing director, MSCI, Inc., National Chair, America SCORES; Mark Freda, ’74 , Princeton, Global Head of Real Estate and Facilities Management, Soros Fund Management, LLC; Richard Schmierer, ’68, Washington, D.C., State Department Foreign Service Officer (ret.), Former United States Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman; John Walbridge, ’65 of Miami, Fla., founder and owner, Overseas Security & Strategic Information, Inc.; Diane Wargo, Ewing, Notre Dame High School faculty member – 27 years.

The Hall of Fame Committee, composed of Notre Dame alumni and staff, donates proceeds from the Hall of Fame Dinner each year to provide tuition assistance to students with economic need.
