St. Francis Medical Center Foundation, Trenton, held its official kickoff for the 52nd annual spring gala, “A Tour of Italy” to be held June 13 in the Hyatt Regency Princeton. The kickoff was held April 16.

The hospital announced that this year they will be presenting two new awards. The first annual Physician Healing Hands Award will be presented to Dr. Ethan A. Tarasov.  The first annual Corporate Lighting the Way Award will be presented to The Hibbert Group.  The 2015 “Spirit of St. Francis” award will be awarded to Paul R. Langevin and David L. Knowlton. This honor is given to an individual(s)/organization who reflect the philosophy of caring as embodied by St. Francis of Assisi.
