Marian Crowning event promises prayer, inspiration

July 29, 2019 at 12:37 p.m.

A Marian crowning event sponsored by the Lady of All Nations Prayer Group, Toms River, will include a day of prayer, inspiration and reflection.

The event will be held May 31 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in St. Mary Parish, Middletown, and will include Mass celebrated at 11:15 a.m.

The schedule includes talks given by a number of guests, including Father Frank Pavone, national director of Priests for Life; Father Bill Halbing, a charismatic Marian priest, and Ray Mooney, national director for Parish Consecration. In addition, Donna Lee – a singer-songwriter from California – will share her music evangelization ministry with attendees.

The day will also include a multilingual Rosary and opportunities for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Mass will be celebrated by Father Jeffrey Kegley, pastor of St. Mary Parish, and Father Pavone. Those who have completed the 33-day preparation for consecration to Jesus through Mary will be blessed as well.

The day will end with the crowning of the Blessed Mary and a procession of the many Marian images venerated throughout the world.
