Keeping Our Loved Ones In Prayer

Every Memorial Day, the diocesan Department of Catholic Cemeteries hosts a Mass in  St. Mary Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hamilton, during which families and friends have an opportunity to come together for the celebration of the Eucharist and to pray for their loved ones who are either buried in the cemetery or entombed in the mausoleum.

This year's Mass was celebrated May 28 by Msgr. James Dubell, a retired priest of the Diocese. Msgr. Dubell had served as director of the Department of Catholic Cemeteries for many years. Mark Wilson is the current director.
